Question SSD seen as external - but not internal

That's that I mean - can't do ANYTHING in Disk Management - I just ended up doing diskpart, list disk, select disk, clean - once I did that I now had options in Disk Management - I just formatted in Disk Part since it was open. Gonna take a while. Appreciate all the help.

All Asus drivers installed and zero device manager exclamations. Everything works. Installed an internal data drive (5tb Toshiba HDD) from the old machine...

Weird because the problem happened with Win 7 too! And of course Win7 was pre-installed so I don't have the key. I will try to post some more dumps tomorrow.

I looked for a newer bios version and couldn't find anything. The drive is a new SSD unit. I had the same problem with the old HDD too. I'm have no problems removing Super anti spyware either. I was having problems with malware bytes before... I'll see if the LAN driver does anything first...

HA - I think my computer knows when I'm "trying to fix it" because it always decides to be even more finicky! 5 minutes after my last post it crashed! :-( I've since updated the LAN driver. So we'll see what happens THIS time! Stay tuned again!
