Thanks @fancarolina but it doesn't work, all sockets are in the right place now: A1, B1, C1 and D1 and still it shows 28GB (avaiable 27,2 GB) instead of 32GB. I have no clue what can be possibly wrong.. :/

Thanks for your help guys, the problem was with the case. The motherboard was assembled too close to the side of the computer case. I used standoffs this time and it works, also I didn't have to update BIOS. Thanks again.

That's the thing. We didn't use standoffs, by misstake we used normal screws and that might be the problem
