Why ram with more ranks or when installed in a large amount, has less frequency than ram that has less ranks. I know that ram with more rank,stress the imc more but how? (i know about all the topology)

Yeah i agree, he is using a i9 and he should also use a aio, but maybe that's because he used a lot of thermal paste, first let him replace the thermal paste if it doesnt work then he should shift to a aio.

Put thermal paste almost the of a size of pea on cpu.
