Yes Now the old keyboard is doing the same thing

My keyboard started typing the wrong letters online. Offline it did great. Then I unplugged it and now it will not boot on. I had to get an older keyboard to write this to you all. Thanks for any answers, Nanamom

My laptop updated Windows had to restart.It,is now stuck on failure confuring windows reverting changes. It has been,doing for,a long time. I unplug the laptop restart and it,went,back to,same,thing. Does window8 not have,a safe mode? How can I fix this laptop ?Or is,it now dead? Thank you...
