Is there any tool to test whether your hard disk is damaged or not?

yes that's the thing , i have checked in the task manager there is no process which is using disc but still disk usage is 100%.

No, its not constant 100% , it jumps to 100% after like 30-35 sec and then after 10-15 sec comes back to 10-15% and this goes on repeating . And I dont even have Microsoft office installed in my Laptop . Plus i have checked using various tools and the health of my harddisk is normal (around 75%).

Yes they are plugging their router into the lan ports to use it as an access point but why does that cause disturbance...
