My monitor was set to 65 hertz by default. It can display 75 so i put it at 75, but is there a rish at doing so? Will higher hertz damage my monitor and is is safe for me (i have no problems with flashing lights or anything that i know of).

Good except I highly recommend not to get that motherboard. I had the same exact one and it died in months. Im not the only one either, check newegg and other sites.
