Stock amd cooler idle temps were 68 degrees, so I upgraded cooler + bought coolermaster fans. Idle temps are 52 degrees now which is an upgrade, but still not normal idle temps ( 40-45°C). They are the masterfan mf120r RGb. Max speed 2000 rpm +-10% The fan splitter is from the masterliquid cooler and is plugged into CPU fan1 on my Asrock b550m Pro4.

Is it normal that one of my fans is not controlled? Couldn't find any information so I'm asking here. The cable splitter for power that came with the cooler had one of the pins missing. One can is spinning at 1300 rpm and the other at 900.
