A friend gave me this computer and it turns out the drivers for the cpu where 2 years old, thanks for all the help! After the overclocking and fixing the drivers bf4 runs great on ultra.

I just OC'd my gpu and its doing much better. But whenever I tab ult or just load in my battlefield runs terribly for about 15 secs and sometimes I get terrible drops on that game, but I can run it on ultra and I've noticed I get just as much drop at lower settings.
