Yes H5 is better, but compatibility wise, i'd still go for H7. Because the H5 fans use a Slim type fan. So if the fan dies or had some issues. It's hard to find a slim type fan for replacement.

good for gaming, some games can't be at max settings. upgrade your ram if going for gaming. 8gb of ram is now considered the minimum for gaming.
