Pc on, fans spin but no display,kb,beep

Turning pc on fans spin including gpu fans no beep no display tried reseating and changing ram slots lot of times didn't work. Tried connecting display to mobo gpu unattached. Still no display and keyboard not lighting.. what could be the problem?

Info:
i5 4th
Gtx 960
500w psu
Single 8gb memory

-Turning pc on with no ram beeps 3 times
-ive tried using eraser to clean the ram
-hdd led blinking(not that fast)
-reset cmos battery didn't work

Nevermind i fixed it lol though i tried the method of unplugged everything then hold powerbutton for 10 sec this time held it for 1 minute reseat the ram and boom powered on

I was facing this issue and tried all the ways that you also tried to solve it.
Finally I got the reason that my CPU was dead. Replaced it and now it works fine.
