Well my Gpu is performing just fine as Msi afterburner tells me and also the Software in the game. I found out that the issue was C State in bios. Also i have come to the conclusion that toms hardware is crap

Cpu temps are around 40-50. ram is about 50 percent used. Gpu was around 60-70 percent. Its on a samsung m.2 . EVGA 650 watt modular psu 80 plus gold

I have a ryzen 5 1600, A msi X470 motherboard and a GTX 1650 SC ultra. I have a 32 inch 85hz gaming monitor. And i set the FPS to 85 and on high settings it gets 85 but drops down to 40 fps. The metrics in game says Red on my cpu. I feel like my cpu should be doing better.

I fixed the problem, I took the ram back out. And looking online and intel builds. Last great pc I had was intel. Tired of my amd gpu giving me blank screens as well. I’m staying home from work tomorrow after this.

Profile 1 runs at 2932 but it ran at 3200 when I just had 16gb
