Well, I found the answer myself. Turns out i didn't have HTML5 enabled, so that's why not all videos were shown correctly. Odd thing is, my vids don't syuffer from quality reduction. Also, the grid glitch happened in all browsers.

OK, it's clear now :) just one more thing, if I connect the new router to the modem, how do I disable wireless signal on the modem so it doesn't interfere with the router's signal?

What i saw them commenting a lot was Bridging the modem, if I do this, I can use my own router to access the network right? But shouldn't I be able to have both wired and wireless connections working at the same time? Why would the modem give access to just one type of connection?

No, my pc is sitting on the floor (which is some kind of rubber tile) I also checked all my internal cables and there's nothing suspicious. My power supply doesn't have any buttons or levers other that the on/off switch and I made sure that it's tightened correctly to the case.

Yeah... that's the first thing I checked when re-building it. All the standoffs are where they should and there aren't any extras. I also checked if the board was aligned properly.
