Question Thoughts on this Alienware monitor ?

I have the 34" version, it's really good. OLED HDR1000 is something you can never downgrade from. And the freesync should be compatible with nvidia cards, you would need to enable it in the nvidia driver menu.

Question I think I'm having memory issues? But I'm unsure, detailed below:

Yeah, I had the exact same issues; BSODs constantly and application crashes. It worked fine for me too for a while at the beginning. I have a 7950X and 4x6000MHz 16GB. Took 2 out, works with no issue now. Also worked when disabling XMP. And I have an MSI Meg Ace motherboard, a 700$ motherboard...

Question I think I'm having memory issues? But I'm unsure, detailed below:

The issue is you have too many RAM sticks installed. Unfortunately DDR5 is not stable with all 4 DIMMs installed at the same time for most models. The manufacturer has a list of official supported memory configurations that also includes the total max amount of units with said RAM modules. At...

Question MSI RTX 3080 Suprim has high Hot Spot temp ?

Best option at this point is to re-paste it and hope that resolves your issue. Worst case scenario your cooler is warped on the contact area and will need a replacement.

Question cyberpunk 2077 at 4k goes below 30 FPS for rtx 3080 12GB

Yes and no, yes because the game is multi-threaded so a low mid-range CPU can get pretty hammered by that specific game, but no for multiple reasons: At 4k you're pretty GPU dependent, games will rely on your GPU more than your CPU and that FPS sounds about right at that level. If you're...

    [SOLVED] Ran monoblocked motherboard dry?

No, you'll be fine. It still isn't a good idea to run your system without any proper cooling and I wouldn't recommend trying that again - mainly to avoid other heat related issues - but essentially you were passive cooling your system and it shouldn't have gotten hot enough to melt anything...

    [SOLVED] Question about riser cables

I forgot to mention, if you end up buying a PCIe gen 3 riser cable it's ideal you configure the PCIe port to gen 3 in the bios BEFORE you plug in the riser cable.

Question Is This A Good Overclock?

You can go WAY higher. Imagine overclocking in this instance is like skipping rocks on a pond. Essentially your +40 core and +10 memory is like you took a teeeeny tiny pebble and chucked it a couple inches. You can crank those numbers up way higher. For the core clock most people can get about...

    [SOLVED] Question about riser cables

You can use a PCIe 3.0 riser cable but you'll have to make sure you set that PCIe express slot to gen 3 in the BIOS settings or else it won't work. Gen 4 and Gen 3 use different protocols so it doesn't translate well from a gen 4 socket to a gen 3 cable. If possible try to get a gen 4 riser...

Question What are your thoughts? Will this CPU be included in the list of supported CPUs

It is technically already possible to install windows 11 on older CPU's that don't support TPM 2.0, however it is not officially recommended by Windows to do so and won't be in the foreseeable future because they require your CPU to have TPM 2.0 for security purposes. If you still want to...
