I think that even though I can afford the 640mb version, I will go for the 320 because I don't really need all that high of a resolution. My monitor will only handle 1680 X 1050. And it is 100$ cheaper! (I will get more ram with the leftover cash!)

OK, But still, The 640 will preform better then the 320.

Because of the work that I do in AutoCAD and 3D Studio MAX. I found that when I render, especially in 3DS MAX, it gives me better preformence with more RAM.
