What program do you use to measure the temperature of your CPU? Is it AMD OverDrive or another one such as CPU-Z or HardwareMonitor? AMD measures the temperatures of their CPUs in a different way compared to Intel, so OverDrive will provide more accurate figures. If it's still not overheating...
