Looks OK apart from the power supply, as to the GPU I would also go with the GTX 950 instead if I were you - 75% of the price for 90% the performance. More power for less cost. You are also free to add an SSD if you want. I'd recommend Samsun 850 EVO.

I like it :) But may I ask why the CPU change?
 
The performance difference between the 4590 and 4690k is minimal, and haswell processors do not benefit from OCing nearly as much as say an FX series processor.
The extra money saved by dropping the cooler, lowering the processor, and moving to an H97 motherboard allowed for a 970 to be included in the build, which performs nearly 60% ahead of the 960.
