I'm trying to OC my i3-8350k, but at the temperatures my liquid cooler caps out at, I can only get it to around 4.3 GHz. I'm on a budget at the moment, and started wondering if I could just upgrade the case fan on the radiator. Would a faster fan make my liquid cooler more efficient?

I've heard some monitors can be the cause of micro stuttering, but in my case stutters can be as bad as a freeze up for 1 whole second. Is it really possible for a monitor to cause this much stuttering? My monitor can go up to 75 Hz, but I usually use it at 60 Hz (which is its native refresh rate).

I recently upgraded from my old mid range gaming PC by building a new one, and I used the Windows 10 activation code from the old one to use for my new computer. I'm planning on selling my old PC, and I'm wondering, should I buy Windows for it or just sell it without an operating system?

I've been thinking about getting a Oculus Rift and I meet the minimum requirements, however my graphics card, a GTX 960, only has 2gb of VRAM. This wouldn't be a problem if I could turn down texture settings and whatnot in-game, but do most VR games allow this?
