You have very high background CPU usage which reduces the accuracy of your benchmark. Please could you close everything you are not actively using on your PC and re-test?

It could be your monitor settings as the images look fine on my 1440p monitor. Also check you don't have DLSS on. That affects image quality in favor of FPS.

If they cost the same, just go with the 3080 Ti. You sound like you have your airflow sorted so the FE cooler won't be struggling.

It's detected, as it can be seen in Task manager. Note that it says 8GB as "hardware reserved". This thread might be of some help. The OP states that his RAM was faulty.

Throwing my two cents in. Make sure that both monitors are preferably the same refresh rate. I have a 32inch 144hz monitor and a 27inch 60hz monitor, and when motion is displayed on the 60hz, my 144hz stutters. With my new gpu this effect is reduced (1080ti to 3080), but it's still noticeable...

What FPS? What game settings? What resolution?

The hot spot is, as the name suggests, the hottest part on the GPU. 106 is definitely too hot. Disassembling your card and re-applying the thermal solution fixed my hotspot issue on my old 1080ti. Alternatively, adjust your fan curve with Afterburner, or underclock your GPU.
