i changed my power limit to 61, temp limit to 65 and fan speed 70 soni get around 55-65 is it good or should i change back to standard? I used msi afterburner

I bought my new gaming pc with Gtx 1060 and i5 7400k, when i play games the degrees goes above 70. Im afraid that my pc/cpu will brake. is it safe to play with 70-82 degrees?
