    I think you just got bad chip, i have 4670k too and all i did was sync all cores, multiplier and core voltage, i got bad too, 4.3GHz with 1.22v cant get 4.4ghz until 1.3v

    I had similar problem with my HD 7950, it was because my drivers crashed and recovered when i was OC'n, had to reboot and fix'd
