I'm just looking at the motherboard on Amazon but I don't think I see one

I tried checking pcpartpicker.com but it was saying if I got it I would need to update the BIOS and id need an older processor to do it but it's been wrong for me on stuff like that before. Would these two be okay together?

The front power button on my computer doesn't work, the computer only turns on when i unplug and re-plug the cords from the PSU to the motherboard. is this just because the power button cable is broken?
