Does your system register 8GB of RAM installed? It's possible that one might not be plugged in all the way. Also, have you opened task manager to check for background tasks eating resources?

    Cheap Office Build 3-400

If you can get a motherboard that uses ddr3 RAM, I would. Also, I would not buy the RAM new. To save money, check for any electronics recyclers in your area. I built a workstation and only spent $20 on the case, power supply, optical drives, and all fans combined.

Building 18V 10A power supply for power drill

I bought a 70W variable voltage laptop charger for $10, and it will operate the power tools just fine, but I was worried about damage that it could be causing, so I did just purchase an off-brand battery and charger. cost around $35

Building 18V 10A power supply for power drill

Hello Everyone, I was recently given a battery powered drill with no batteries (hence, why it was free), and I'm looking to make it into a corded drill. Looking for low budget card to run dual monitors, light autoCAD, and light-weight games

How would something like this work? MSI Radeon R7 250, 128-bit oc ddr3. I looked through various compatibility checkers, and as far as I can tell, it supports 760G chipset. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127763 All of the R7 250 options I can find have OC, which would...

Looking for low budget card to run dual monitors, light autoCAD, and light-weight games

Hello everyone, I am looking for a new graphics card to run my dual monitors, light autodesk inventor, support some low-resource games like War Thunder (I am not a huge gamer, but I do enjoy playing some free pc games), and generally to switch away from the integrated graphics on my motherboard...
