Edit: I think I figured it out. I opened cmd and wrote "ping www.google.dk -t" (I wrote google.dk because I live in Denmark.)I will get back to you when I have an answer

I have not contacted them. And yesterday I took 3 screenshot of the log, 3 separate times I got disconected. But I don’t know how to read logs.

I have tried switching between ethernet and wifi multiple times. Same problem still happens. And it also happens in 2 different homes. So I don’t think that is the problem.
