Got it! One mandatory first step is unplug everything then reconnect monitor and keyboard dongle. That allowed it to post. Thinking the same device preventing the MB discharge also blocked post. Now that it posts, the bluetooth/wireless dongle needed to be in the default USB black port below...

Hi. I have 2 Thunderbolt 3 drives attached to the ASRock AIC R2.0 card. If I reboot, they are never recognized. I have to swap them every time and then they show. Any idea where the problem likely originates?
