I'd go with the asus, slightly less powerful CPU (4700HQ compared to msi's 4800MQ), same GPU, 16GB RAM instead of MSI's 8GB, bigger screen, 1TB HDD + 256GB SSD instead of MSI's 1TB HDD. If you don't mind shelling out 100-150$ more, i'd definetely go with the Asus...
