What is a 7770?

So I've been told that to play a few games that I want on medium to high specs I should invest in a 7770, so... I know it's a GPU but nothing else. Can someone shed some light on this for me please?

Radeon HD 7770 is a lower end GPU.

I recommend going with an r7 260 or 260X instead.
