As you are using Epson printer I think it will wise to buy Epson again. Canon Mg5350 is also good printer. If you budget is less then you can buy that.

I am agree with you by refilling cartridge we can save some extra bucks. Just two things have to remember: refill ink should be good and you have properly know how to refill cartridge. Recently printer run out the ink I have refilled my cartridge from PFS. You can also try from them...
