I was not impressed by Doom. The gameplay was bland and unbalanced and it ran pretty badly.

Far Cry 3 was great. I really felt like I had a lot of options on how to accomplish taking over bases.

There are so many different Zombies in Diablo 3. Zombie Dogs, Elemental Zombies, Spells where Zombie arms come out of the ground. I really like those zombies for the way they splatter.

I think it's a good half step. The Lumina's still won't run normal windows programs (what the hell is the technical term for those), only the universal apps from the app store. I would imagine for office work though it would still be good for many people.

If anyone considers the lowest price Alienware machine I recommend adding another 4gb of ram. A SSD is nice too but the ram will let you run any current game out there. The specs are the same as the current Alienware Alpha.

I have an Alpha and I can say for fact it can run 4k @60hz http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/4k/supported-gpus Nvidia has a workaround to get more bandwidth by lowering the color quality. It's unnoticable in my opinion. As far as streaming to it I don't know what service can handle...
