Hmmm can you borrow a spare RAM and a PSU from a friend and test the motherboard without the case? if problem persist it's likely to be a mobo problem.

Have you overclocked your CPU? This indicate a problem with either a Faulty RAM or Video RAM or CPU Cache RAM L2 etc!! see if you can borrow a RAM with a friend just for testing. Also see if there's any recent BIOS update for the motherboard

Try reseat the RAM Module.. have you checked the CPU FAN/Heatsink if properly seated?

Could be humidity or chip creep.. try cleaning the inside of the pc with compressed air.. remove the graphic card and reseat it properly do that for the RAM also. blow compressed air inside the PSU. Try resetting the BIOS. check again.
