Can the cpu be the problem even if the pins is not bent?

i already check the cpu pins it shows that nothing is bent. I have use the PSU too before so its supposed to be working. Is faulty ram something common?

i tried once and it still give me the same result CPU(tctl) is at 40 - 20c and CPU Package is at 95 - 60c , but thanks for the suggestion
