I ended up doing a fresh install of Windows 11.. the system was still acting weird after I got it to stop randomly rebooting. Trying to keep everything as minimal as possible.

Well it's been running for nearly 48hrs without rebooting itself so I'm gonna say underclocking with MSI Afterburner was the solution.

It's been running since yesterday.. seems like underclocking the GPU did the trick?

I'm currently stress testing the GPU after underclocking it to see if that makes a difference

Well after updating the OS, drivers and BIOS it's still rebooting. Guess the the next thing to try is a different power supply
