I have checked all the Fans and the PSU - sound literally sounds the loudest up against the Motherboard near the GPU. I'll start up my PC and disconnect each fan to make sure though.

Sometimes when i boot-up my PC it'll have a loud buzzing sound that i can hear across the house. If i turn it off wait 10 seconds and start back up it will be fine? The sound (my best guess) seems to be coming from near the GPU. I have checked my HDD and all fans they seem fine. My GPU fans...
