This may help. Disclaimer: even if the BIOS you're using is from an "almost the same" card, flashing a different BIOS may end up with you getting an expensive paperweight; proceed with caution, if it breaks don't blame anyone else, etc.

Assuming it is the problem, the only option is to replace it with something with a bit more power and a bit less of a "who the heck made this" quality level. (And yes, the PC is old - the CPU dates back to 2011!)

Can't find any detailed specs on it (it's made by SHENG HO who I've never heard of before) but I would guess it's your problem.

What PSU is it (make and model)? Did you change any other components apart from the motherboard? Do you know what BIOS version the motherboard has?
