Question Graphics card working, but fans not spinning.

Hello.
I just upgraded my streaming pc from really small case, and mini motherboard to New Sahara P75 case, and old but good working motherboard ROG STRIX B 450 F gaming.
Im new at building pcs, but somehow i managed to connect all the cables and
Bam, working.
Turning on, everything lights up, everything working, graphics card rgb working, shows thats its not dead. But fans, spins half spin ( both ) and stops, and repeats. No display.
Whats the problem? Can it be becouse of new
Motherboard, large version, the power supply lacks power ?
I dont know the power supply whats size of power is there.
But is it possible ?

What PSU is it (make and model)? Did you change any other components apart from the motherboard? Do you know what BIOS version the motherboard has?
