    yes, either just buy a gpu (6670 or 7750) or buy kaveri(new board and new proc). As of now, I have a10 6800k.

    Yes its for normal usage. I can even play far cry 3 using my a4 (low settings) and it is so playable. Budget wise, go for it.

    Its enough if you dont want to play with high video settings. Otherwise, go for a10 for a better experience for low-mid video setup.
