thanks for the reply. any hints wich hardware component could be responsible? i bought this setup about a year ago. everything new and i dont have a clue what hardware could be broken... i already replaced the ram sticks but they werent the problem and its pretty unlikley i bought 2 broken...

i have Archicad 23 installed, which is made by Graphisoft. but it cant be the issue because the bsods happen before and after installing it

i upgraded from the lpx set. im now using Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (2x, 16GB, DDR4-3200, DIMM 288). so 3200 should fit.

I tried to disable xmp, but still got the bsod. I dont know if it is worth to mension, but the bsod error codes ar not always the same. "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" is just the most common one.
