Question Internet Crashes when opening file explorer

Whenever I open up file explorer on my pc (Win 10), or even press the windows key, my internet cuts out for about 15 seconds or until I close the file explorer. This recently started about 2 weeks ago, and I have never had this issue in the 5 years of owning my PC. How can I fix this?
