I ended up buying one last month. I love it so far. Probably a good 40-50% increase in performance over my Asus 270X. It's quiet too. I am a happy customer and glad to see the results of that tweaktown review :)

Actually i take it back...bignastyid, that XFX you linked to is basically a Seasonic S12II, non-modular...but jonnyguru gives it a 9/10... Thanks again everyone.

Hello! What do you all think of the quality of the below PSU? It has a high rating on Amazon, and so does the little sibling 430W...it's no Supernova, but i need an inexpensive PSU right now. It will be powering an R9 270X with a Phenom II...exactly which Phenom II i am unsure, but it will not...

Huh...i didn't get email notifications of these responses... Anyway, if it is degradation...i won't be going AMD next time. I just upped my OC to 4.3GHz on stock voltage and ran Prime95 for 5 hours. It peaked at 58C, but did not stay or hover at that temp, but my room was very warm as well...
