I do not see this setting at all. The problem is the soundbar doesn't even show up in my sound settings so it's not an option.

What settings would this be in? I don't see it on my onboard devices in BIOS and there isn't a direct way to set it in the Realtek Audio Console.

I do not see any question marks or abnormal device drivers in device manager.

Finally got my new motherboard in. After testing with different RAM, and a different CPU I decided it was likely the motherboard. Got the new one in and everything works as expected! I appreciate all the help.

Well, before I did any BIOS update I tried to launch into BIOS with my 5700X3D the very first time and it did the same thing so maybe the board was just bricked to begin with. I wonder if at some point static electricity messes it up? I was touching my PC case at all times but possibly slipped...

So I plugged the Ryzen 4100 in and same thing happened except this time the red CPU light on the motherboard lit up longer and more pronounced this time. I suspect possibly something wrong with the socket perhaps or the mobo itself in this case.

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking tbh, if it does post then I’ll maybe keep the motherboard and return the cpu but we’ll see. Motherboard doesn’t seem like the culprit at the moment.
