Question Will the i5-9400F be available in the coming months still?

The 9400 isn't really available anywhere that I have seen, and where it is is used and for like $200. The 9400F is $175

[SOLVED] Is this a worthwhile upgrade right now?

That's what I was thinking, I'm just unsure if the 9400F will still be available since its a "specialized" chip or whatever. Maybe it has a limited supply.

Question Will the i5-9400F be available in the coming months still?

I'm wondering because I am thinking about upgrading to it along with a new GPU and mobo, but not yet. And so being a "specialized" chip I'm curious as to whether or not its a limited supply run.

So would you recommend the 1660 TI or wait for the 1660?

[SOLVED] Is this a worthwhile upgrade right now?

My current build is this CPU: i3-6100 GPU: GTX 960 2gb RAM: 8gb 3200 But I would be changing to this CPU: i5-9400F GPU: 1660TI or 1660 (when it comes out) RAM: matching set of 8gb to bring to 16gb With a new mobo this would all come to $550-$600 depending on the GPU I get and any price...

[SOLVED] Would this be a worthwhile upgrade to make?

Currently: CPU: i3-6100 GPU: GTX 960 2gb RAM: 8gb Potential: (would cost ~$525 w/ 300 series mobo) CPU: i5-9400F GPU: rx 580 8gb RAM: 16gb (8 more of the same) If more info is needed let me know (like exact models of GPU), and thank you.

[SOLVED] Would overclocking RAM help to make for not having more?

Okay, thank you, I am just trying to save myself from buying more RAM since my whole system is less than stellar. And if I were to start replacing I may as well just upgrade it all. I may give overclocking a go, even if only slightly.

[SOLVED] Would overclocking RAM help to make for not having more?

My system has 8gb of RAM, which for some newer games is just not quite enough. So I am wondering if I overclock my RAM to some degree, will that help to make up for it? I understand capacity is always better than speed, but would I notice if I overclocked the RAM?

[SOLVED] Would overclocking RAM help to make for not having more?

I understand, but will it have some measurable impact on performance? Is it worth overclocking my ram at all?
