The 9400 isn't really available anywhere that I have seen, and where it is is used and for like $200. The 9400F is $175

That's what I was thinking, I'm just unsure if the 9400F will still be available since its a "specialized" chip or whatever. Maybe it has a limited supply.

I'm wondering because I am thinking about upgrading to it along with a new GPU and mobo, but not yet. And so being a "specialized" chip I'm curious as to whether or not its a limited supply run.

So would you recommend the 1660 TI or wait for the 1660?

Okay, thank you, I am just trying to save myself from buying more RAM since my whole system is less than stellar. And if I were to start replacing I may as well just upgrade it all. I may give overclocking a go, even if only slightly.

My system has 8gb of RAM, which for some newer games is just not quite enough. So I am wondering if I overclock my RAM to some degree, will that help to make up for it? I understand capacity is always better than speed, but would I notice if I overclocked the RAM?
