are you definitely sure that IPS is not necessary for gaming? beacuse what i was seen in youtube/reviews all ppl say that IPS is amazing experience but you might be right, 1440p + 144hz + G-SYNC could be best option, there is any monitor in your mind? and have to be 27"? could be by any chance...
