Have you read that you need to (Possibly) remove an hdd cage? Other than that, looks good. Might want to upgrade the i5 to the 4670. Might also want to add something other than your stock cooler, e.g. the CM hyper 212 evo. -Lars

After fiddling around a bit on the interwebs, i've found out that the h100i needs some tweaking in the registry, as well as updating the corsair link software to a beta driver, in order to be ran correctly on windows 8.1. It is working fine now. Thanks for your help!
