Okay so an update!! After a little while of messing around I have a stable overclock at 4.51GHz! The temps are soooooo much better! So thank you everyone for your help!!!

So I have managed to Overclock my processor to 4.5Ghz but it runs seriously hot, doing a IntelBurnTest it starts pushing 80c and that's where I stop it. I was just wondering if anyone had an idea to why its running so damn hot? If you need any more information than what I have given just ask...
