Upgrading my gaming pc

I am looking to upgrade my pc as its really good but not good enough... So here are my specs any suggestions on what I should upgrade? Thanks guys!

Ram: HyperX 16Gb 1600MHz overclocked to 1866MHz
Processor: AMD FX-8320 Black Edition 8-Core 3.50ghz overclocked to 4.2ghz
CPU cooler: Corsair H80i Hydro Series Performance Liquid
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
System type: 64-bit
PSU: 750w
Windows: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Graphics: XFX HD7950 DD 3Gb
I run 3 1920x1080 monitors.
1tb main drive and a 320gb drive for recordings

I only use 1 for my games, the other 2 are just for browser and then ts, obs, corsair link, ect
Also say I brought an 970 wouldn't my cpu hugely bottleneck?
 


So you think the next thing I should upgrade is my graphics card? If so what 970 should I get? There are a few different ones
 


They all do Shadowplay. That comes with the Nvidia driver package.

The one shown as an Nvidia model is just a stock photo of the reference model. It doesn't look like the one you'll probably get. Besides, you don't want the reference cooler. You want a better aftermarket cooler design like the MSI has.

Besides that, the MSI has a faster core clock and boost clock. It's one of the fastest GTX 970 cards.
