i just had to turn down the multiplier a little bit, it was unstable at 2.92 GHz but at 2.90 GHz its is stable

so i overclocked q6600 to 2.9 GHz and after 1 and half hour of playing the computer crashed, can someone help me? max tempture was 74

i have some kind of that problem too, but in my case i only have 1 jack, my headphones come with microphone but there is one jack, the microphone also not recognized by the system , what can i do?
