    I would go I7-1070k , R7 3800X , I9-9900k and I9 10900k. My AIO watercooler will be Asus Strix LC 240 and I will have 32gb of RAM.

    I'm a bit freaked out because 3900X has voltage issues but has the BIOS been updated to not make the 3900X have too high voltage

    It's a bit cheaper to have 2 RX 580's but you need an SLI bridge.

    I wanted to buy it but I feel like I want to change to X570-E because I wouldn't be able to connect the VIII Hero to my monitor.
