So I took the enclosure apart and took the drive out, grabbed a sata cable and slapped it into my computer. Problem is disk manager shows 2 equally sized partitions and I can't do anything to them.

I got a new SSD and I want to move some of my more frequently used applications to it from my hard drive. I have Magician but that just copies the entire contents of the drive and not individual programs. Is there anything that would do this or do I have to uninstall and reinstall these programs?
