Akhil not trying to offend you but your build is trash, you don't need an intel CPU for tight budgets builds, i did some researches and i found that for budget builds, an expensive CPU won't get you better performances, there is a rule : Budget cpu = budget gpu expensive cpu = expensive gpu...

280X is a good GPU, but it runs hot ( AMD said that it's normal ) i'll suggest you to buy some extra fans to have a good airflow to let that 280x runs very well.

I chooseed h55 because i hate to see a big ugly heatsink in the middle of my case, maybe i'll choose a h100i for better cooling...
