Is my build good ?

Hello everyone im about to build a computer for gaming/photo editing/video editing/ for 1200$.

And yes i'm going for the i7 even it's not necessary in gaming but next-gen games will take benefit of hyper threading and i want my PC to last at least 3years.
For the motherboard, i'm not doing any crazy overclocking, maybe overclock my cpu to 4.3ghz or 4.5ghz.
Please leave your thoughts about my build, and tell me what to change

Great build. Only thing I will consider is getting this graphics card:

And I think 750W is too much.
Aside from that it is a great build.

I'd get something like the Rocks Z97 Killer rather than the MSI, won' touch MSI for builds due to their poor QC, also the H55 is a waste of money, the $30 Hyper 212 EVO cools better than even the H80 and at much lower cost (and quieter)

I chooseed h55 because i hate to see a big ugly heatsink in the middle of my case, maybe i'll choose a h100i for better cooling...
