Xeon E5440 actually pulls 80W under load. 750 Ti uses 60W under load which is actually only 10W more than my 9400 GT at stock. So I think by undervolting the 750 Ti I should be able to get away with it? Even if I undervolt the 750 Ti enough to only use around 30W that will be worlds faster...

Only thing I can afford is some refurbished PSUs but even for that I'll have to wait for 2-3 weeks. So I need to know if I can buy the 750 Ti now and undervolt/underclock it
